 100 g butter, softened
 40 g caster sugar
 1 tsp cinnamon
 3 ripe bananas
 120 ml milk
 240 g self raising flour
 ¼ tsp baking soda
 ½ cup chocolate chips
 walnuts for decoration

Preheat the oven to 175C.

Mix the butter, sugar and cinnamon until light and fluffy.

Mash the bananas and add milk and mix.

Add the flour and baking soda and mix.

Add the chocolate chips and transfer into a loaf tin and baking for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let it cool for 15 minutes before transferring onto a wire rack.
