 30 g natural protein powder
 30 g rolled oats
 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
 30 honey
 2 tsp lemon zest
 2 tsp lemon juice
 20 pistachios, roasted and ground

Combine all ingredients except pistachios in a medium bowl and mix well to combine.
